The Initial Workup

Before I make a single recommendation, I want to see what's actually going on in your body. The Initial Workup is where every client relationship begins: a comprehensive look at your blood chemistry that goes far beyond what a standard annual physical covers.

What's included: $595

  • A comprehensive functional blood panel with over 100 markers, plus urinalysis, drawn at a Labcorp or Quest location near you (other options available for

    rural areas and international clients in many cases, but reach out to me before purchasing).

  • A 60-minute one-on-one results review where I walk you through every marker, overall patterns, what it means, and where your body may need support

  • A $200 credit toward any program if you enroll within 30 days of your results review

How it works

  1. Purchase through my secure lab portal using the button below.

  2. You'll receive a lab requisition and instructions. Schedule your draw appointment at your convenience.

  3. Once your results are in, we'll meet for your 60-minute review.

  4. You leave with a clear picture of what your labs are showing and, if you choose to continue, a plan for what comes next.
