About me
Hi, I’m Heather, a certified Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP), passionate about helping people optimize their health and wellness through a bio-individual, whole-body approach.
My path into holistic health is a full-circle one. I hold a degree in biochemistry and was on the pre-med track, where I developed a strong scientific understanding of how the body works. After having my first daughter—and later welcoming my second—I felt drawn to a more holistic approach to health.
Today, I combine that scientific foundation with data-informed, holistic and functional health tools to create bio-individual health plans. Using hair tissue mineral analysis, blood labs, and a thorough intake with symptom review, I identify patterns and underlying imbalances unique to you.
I meet clients where they are—focusing on realistic, sustainable changes that fit into real life. Rather than drastic overhauls, we work step by step on the foundations: nutrition, movement, sleep and circadian rhythm, stress management, and reducing everyday toxin exposure. The goal is progress that feels supportive, not overwhelming.
My intention is to help you better understand your body, feel empowered in your health decisions, and build lasting wellness from the ground up.

Step 1: Free 20 Minute Consult
We’ll discuss your goals and get to know each other.
Step 2: Health History & Testing
You’ll complete a detailed lifestyle and health history questionnaire, and I’ll order labs based on your specific symptoms. Then, I’ll review your lab results to understand your body’s needs and patterns.
Step 3: Personalized Intake & Plan:
We’ll go over your results together and create a custom, data-informed plan designed to support your health goals and fit into your lifestyle during a 90 minute video call.
Step 4: Ongoing Support & Follow-Up
Your health plan evolves with you. Once you have completed your initial protocol, we will meet to adjust as needed. Plus, I offer email support between sessions so you always have guidance and accountability.
